Plural personal titles
Pluralized personal titles are rarely encountered in healthcare documentation. However, medical transcriptionists, medical secretaries and virtual assistants may find the need to do so if they transcribe correspondence for physicians and academic physicians.
The plural of Mr. is Messrs.
The plural of Ms. is Mses. or Mss.
The plural of Mrs. or Mme. is Mmes. (for Mesdames).
The plural of Miss is Misses (with no period).

The use of plural titles normally occurs only in formal situation. In ordinary usage, simply retain the singular form and repeat it with each name.
